What we collect

Account details (name, email), examination content and answers, and — with explicit candidate consent — proctoring evidence such as webcam snapshots, check-in photos and monitoring events. Audio is never recorded or transcribed; continuous video is not recorded.

How we use it

To run examinations, support live and post-exam review by authorised staff, and keep an audit trail of review decisions. We do not sell personal data or use examination evidence for advertising.

Who can see it

Examination evidence is stored privately and is accessible only to authorised staff of the organising institution, under role-based access controls. Candidates see their own exams and results.

Consent and control

Camera, microphone and screen sharing require explicit candidate consent and browser permission. Microphone sharing is separately consented and revocable. Candidates are told when required monitoring is active.

Retention

Evidence retention is configurable per deployment. Authorised staff can export review reports; access to private evidence is logged.

Contact

Questions about data handling can be sent through the Book a demo page or to your institution's examination administrator.
